    MAIL SERVER OUTAGE 30/06/08

    Due to repeated failures of the mail server your e-mail is hosted on, we have moved your account to a new, more reliable server. This change was planned to happen next month anyway, so we have brought the changeover forward to eliminate any more problems.

    Unfortunately, due to a major problem with the disk your old server will not be back online until later tonight. However, once it is back online your account information will continue to work for 14 days after which the old server will be switched off.

    To ensure that you can receive new e-mail you should make sure that you create a new account in your email client with the same details as your exisiting one except for the following:

    Inbound (POP) Server - mail.wwpnet.co.uk (your old account will say mail2.wwpnet.co.uk)
    Login or account name - youremailaddress (i.e joebloggs@example.com - your old account would just have joebloggs)

    Everything else should remain the same. If the new server rejects your log-in then we will need to reset your password - please text me on 07798761550 with your login name and I will send you the password to input.
